Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead BI and data science product management for Merchandising, Planning, Inventory, and Store Operations. You will own the strategy and roadmap for intelligence products used to optimize assortments, inventory, and store execution.

You will partner across data science, analytics, engineering, and business leadership to translate complex needs into scalable products that improve decision-making, speed, and quality across the DSG

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, data product management, or analytics leadership.
• Experience leading product portfolios in merchandising, retail, or operations-heavy contexts.
• Strong leadership across BI, analytics, metrics, and reporting modernization.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio strategy and roadmap for BI, analytics, and decision support across Merchandising, Planning, Inventory, and Store Operations.
• Lead store operations intelligence and merchandising/planning intelligence for stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Partner with Data Products GPM to connect domain data foundations to BI and analytics products.
• Translate business asks into measurable product problems and delivery plans.
• Modernize the reporting ecosystem with certified metrics and self-service analytics.
• Establish portfolio governance including intake, prioritization, and post-launch value tracking.
• Lead and develop product talent, including in-house and third-party PM resources.
• Measure impact through outcomes like decision quality, forecast accuracy, and inventory productivity.
