Job summary

Equinor is seeking an Offshore Wind Technician to join the Bałtyk 2 & 3 projects near Łeba, Poland. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing electrical and mechanical systems on offshore wind turbines, with 14 days on/14 days off rotations and daily offshore transfers. Accommodation and meals are provided during rotations.

You will work in an international, safety-driven environment, collaborating with service teams and suppliers while advancing turbine maintenance knowledge and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background – electrical and/or mechanical, gained in wind industry or other relevant sectors.
• Hands-on operation and maintenance experience with technical equipment; wind turbines is an advantage.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic diagrams and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems on offshore wind turbines, including high and low voltage equipment.
• Execute detailed reporting of all activities per procedures and maintain maintenance records.
• Ensure reliable, efficient offshore asset operation with proactive maintenance and optimization.
