Job summary

Bilfinger Maintenance Poland sp. z o.o. invites applications for an Offshore Wind Farm Operations Engineer.

The role focuses on day-to-day operation, monitoring, and supervision of offshore wind farm assets, including WTGs and associated electrical infrastructure. You will work in a shift-based model in Poland, contributing to SIMOPS-compliant operations and continuous asset performance. Ideal candidates have a technical degree, wind energy or power generation experience, and strong English

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical discipline, preferably Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Automation or related field.
• Experience in wind farm or wind turbine operations, onshore or offshore.
• Practical knowledge of electrical power systems and MV/HV equipment.
• Understanding of CoW, PTW and LOTO procedures.
• G1 E and/or D qualification certificates for electrical equipment above 1 kV (SEP).
• Motivated to develop professionally in Offshore Wind O&M.
• Good command of English for technical documentation and international environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise offshore wind farm assets and systems (WTGs and MV/HV infrastructure).
• Monitor equipment condition, availability and operating parameters using SCADA.
• Monitor asset performance and manage alarms, faults and operational events.
• Assist in planning and coordinating safe operations and maintenance activities, including scheduled shutdowns.
• Coordinate activities with technical teams, service personnel and external contractors under SIMOPS.
• Maintain operational records and documentation related to equipment operation and maintenance.
• Respond to operational disturbances, equipment failures and deviations from normal operation.
