Job summary

Equinor seeks a Control Room Operator for its Łeba offshore wind assets, Baltyk 2 and 3. You will monitor and remotely operate turbines, substations, and related systems from the Central Control Room, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operation in a hybrid international team.

The role requires an engineering degree, experience in power generation, and fluency in Polish and English. Training in marine communications and SEP G1 (D+E) is expected; HV experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.
• Experience in utility/power generation.
• High voltage experience desirable; marine communication and SEP G1 (D+E) certifications.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and procedures to minimize risks.
• Operate SCADA/HMI/CCTV and monitor offshore assets.
• Coordinate with grid engineers and conduct risk assessments for maintenance.
• Maintain logs, issue permits, and support maintenance planning and execution.
