Job summary

Equinor is seeking a Control Room Operator at the Łeba offshore wind operation base. You will monitor SCADA/HMI systems, dispatch and supervise two offshore wind farms, and coordinate with onshore/offshore substations to ensure reliable power delivery.

The role requires strong safety focus and the ability to work in shifts across a hybrid, international support network. Ideal candidates have engineering education, HV experience, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.
• Relevant experience in utility/power generation or similar environments.
• High voltage experience is desirable and training certificates are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor SCADA/HMI/CCTV systems for offshore wind assets.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safety procedures, permits and LOTO are followed.
• Communicate with grid operators and internal teams to coordinate outages.
