Earthstream is looking for two experienced Technical OT Project Managers in Warsaw, Poland. This freelance role involves overseeing Operational Technology (OT) intake and ensuring smooth transitions from construction to operational ownership across major renewable energy projects.

Key responsibilities include acting as the primary OT point of contact, coordinating with EPC teams, and ensuring all cybersecurity requirements are met. Ideal candidates have proven experience in SCADA systems, strong project management skills, and the ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with SCADA and Operational Technology (OT) systems.
• Strong project management experience within industrial or renewable energy environments.
• Experience coordinating technical handovers and operational readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary OT point of contact for asset project handovers into Generation.
• Coordinate closely with EPC engineers and operational stakeholders.
• Ensure operational teams understand the design and functionality of new sites.
