Job summary

Ocean Winds is seeking a Construction Services Package Manager to lead the offshore construction and commissioning for the BC Wind project in Poland. The role requires directing a multi-disciplinary team, coordinating marine activities, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1st Class Master's degree in an engineering discipline such as civil, mechanical, marine, structural or aeronautical engineering.
• Proven ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams in offshore construction environments.
• Fluent in English and Polish, with strong communication skills in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction services and commissioning activities from mobilisation to handover.
• Set up offshore construction site, coordinate assets, processes and procedures.
• Ensure Zero Harm culture and rigorous HSE compliance within budget and schedule.
• Manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams across construction, procurement, and installation.
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and lessons learned are properly captured and shared.
