ASBIS is seeking a Business Analyst (Odoo) to bridge business needs with technical solutions across Finance, Sales, HR, Inventory, and Manufacturing. You will gather requirements, design optimized workflows, and ensure successful Odoo adoption with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, configuring solutions with Odoo, validating changes, and assisting in testing and user training to drive adoption and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Odoo experience required).
• Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Sales, HR, Inventory, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
• Excellent skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Experience with ERP implementation life cycle (from design to go-live).
• Fluent in English; SQL familiarity and Odoo Studio are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Gather and analyze business needs; translate into functional specifications.
• Design and map optimized workflows using Odoo modules; coordinate with consultants and developers.
• Define acceptance criteria; support QA/testing and UAT with stakeholders.
• Create end-user documentation and training materials; promote system adoption.
• Monitor system performance and gather user feedback post-implementation; suggest enhancements.
