Job summary

VentorTech LLC in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Odoo Business Analyst/Consultant to join our delivery team. You will analyze business needs, design effective Odoo solutions, and support ERP implementations.

Responsibilities include interviewing stakeholders, analyzing processes, configuring modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting), and collaborating with managers and developers to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant / Odoo Business Analyst.
• Experience with at least 2 end-to-end Odoo implementations.
• Strong customer-facing experience.
• Good knowledge of Sales, Purchase, Inventory/ Warehouse, Manufacturing, Accounting/Finance in Odoo.
• Nice-to-have: Odoo Accounting/Finance expertise.
• Nice-to-have: Odoo Functional Certification.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with migrations between Odoo versions.
• Nice-to-have: Experience taking over or rescuing existing implementations.

About the Role

We are looking for a Odoo Business Analyst/Odoo Consultant to join our delivery team. This role can be a great fitfor experienced Odoo specialists, who have experience in Odoo (at least 2-3 projects). You will work closely with clients and delivery teams to understand business needs, design effective solutions, and support ERP implementation projects.

Must Have

• Strong experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant / Odoo Business Analyst
• Experience with at least 2 end-to-end Odoo implementations
• Strong customer-facing experience
• Good knowledge of several Odoo areas, such as: Sales, Purchase, Inventory / Warehouse, Manufacturing, Accounting / Finance
• Ability to work independently in a consulting environment

Nice to have

• Strong Odoo Accounting / Finance expertise
• Odoo Functional Certification
• Experience with migrations between Odoo versions
• Experience with Odoo Studio
• Experience taking over or rescuing existing implementations
• Previous experience working for an official Odoo partner
