Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Warsaw is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) for Intelligent Operations to manage and optimize observability and event management platforms across Europe. You will split time between operational support and engineering work to ensure reliability, cost efficiency, and security.

You will join a 3-person SRE team in Warsaw, report to the SRE Leader, and collaborate with engineering, product teams and activation leaders. Hybrid work model with up to 2 days from home.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of IT tech, from OS to cloud platforms.
• Hands-on Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong scripting and automation skills, and GitHub familiarity.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide Europe-wide operational support and incident management.
• Drive platform reliability, DR testing, and business continuity.
• Develop and promote self-service capabilities for users.
• Collaborate with product and engineering for roadmap inputs.
