This hybrid role focuses on stability, reliability, automated delivery and improving customer experience for Sabre customers. You will build observability, automation and AI-enabled solutions for travel products. The ideal candidate will practice SRE principles, mentor teams and manage infrastructure, PCI audits, capacity, and cost optimization while reducing toil and increasing

Qualifications

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and pipelines.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide application on-call support (8–12-hour shifts).
• Lead incident investigations and bridges for severe issues affecting users.
• Review and monitor changes to ensure stability and risk are addressed.
