Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline in Poland is seeking a Senior O2C GPO specialist to drive S/4Hana template design and support build, test, and deployment across O2C processes. You will collaborate with ERP Together, Finance HUBs, and cross-functional teams to standardize global solutions.

Role requires 6+ years in O2C, strong SAP/PM experience, and fluency in English and Polish. The position is hybrid with on-site collaboration in Poland.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in O2C processes and SAP.
• Deep knowledge of O2C processes and interactions with sub-processes.
• Experience with ECC CERPS templates for O2C solutions.
• Experience leading transformational global programmes.
• Led projects through full life cycle using standard PM methodologies.
• Ability to define business cases and present to senior stakeholders.
• Order to Cash analytics to identify process/data improvements.
• Experience writing and managing SOPs.
• Strong stakeholder management with business customers and suppliers.
• Fluent in English; Polish language knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support lifecycle stages of the S/4Hana program in O2C responsibility.
• Develop, test and sign off S/4Hana templates for the area.
• Be custodian of template integrity during deployment and localisation.
• Collaborate with O2C GPO pillars to assess feasibility of template changes.
• Develop and present proposed template changes to governance bodies.
• Represent O2C in ERP Together governance forums.
• Ensure global S/4Hana template documentation is accurate and current.
• Act as ERP Together ambassador to O2C teams.
