Job summary
Watlow in Poland seeks a Sourcing Manager - NPI & NPD to lead project sourcing for new product introductions and development across Europe. The role collaborates with Engineering, Operations, Quality and global sourcing to ensure early engagement, supplier selection and successful transitions from development to serial production.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of sourcing, procurement or supply chain experience, ideally with project sourcing/NPI/NPD.
- Fluent English and Polish required.
- Experience in manufacturing and engineering environments.
- Ability to travel regionally and globally as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing activities for NPI/NPD projects from concept to serial production.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Development, Quality, Operations and Supply Chain.
- Identify and develop suppliers with technical capability and fit.
- Lead RFQs, negotiations and supplier selection with BOM and NRE costs ownership.
- Drive material availability for prototypes and pre-production builds.
- Manage supplier performance from development to serial production launch.
- Build strong supplier relationships and pursue cost reduction opportunities.
