Job summary

Avon is seeking a New Product Development Manager to lead end-to-end beauty product development within a six-month fixed-term contract. You will work with Global, Local, APAC, Supply Chain, Marketing, and NPI functions to deliver launches on time and within budget.

You will coordinate governance meetings, manage priorities, and mitigate risks while maintaining strong client relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful product introductions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end product development within cosmetics/FTG/consumer goods.
• Strong coordination across global, regional, and local teams, with risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development projects from concept to launch in your beauty category.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones for successful execution.
• Coordinate activities across global, regional, and local teams and conduct governance meetings.
• Identify risks and drive effective solutions to ensure on-time delivery.
