Job summary

TP is seeking a Customer Support specialist to handle Norwegian-language inquiries from Poland, with the option to work remotely within Poland or from the Warsaw office. You will provide technical assistance, diagnose issues, and share product information, while entering requests into the system.

Candidates should be fluent in Norwegian and English and able to commit to about 120 hours per month. The role offers a civil contract with hourly rates, and potential to switch to hybrid cooperation

Qualifications

• Fluency in Norwegian B2/C1.
• Excellent command of English B1/B2.
• Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, TV).
• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
• Preferred availability of approximately 120 hours per month (Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00).

Responsibilities

• Providing technical information and support to equipment users in accordance with project guidelines.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Providing information on products and their functionality.
• Entering requests into the system.
