Qualifications

• Technical education or experience in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Software, or a related field.
• Maritime experience or industry knowledge, preferably expertise in fishing or offshore systems/equipment.
• Very good English and Polish language skills, orally as well as in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support using diagnostic tools and data analysis to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Take full ownership of support tickets: in-depth analysis, follow‑up, and resolution or escalation.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams, ensuring clear and proactive communication.

Skills

Technical education or experience in Electrical Engineering

Maritime experience
