Job summary

Sharp Europe in Warsaw is seeking a motivated NOC Analyst to join our Managed Response Center. You will monitor critical networks and security platforms, investigate alerts, and respond to incidents to keep customers secure and connected.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, document findings, and contribute to threat analysis while learning the latest cybersecurity techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching.
• Experience with EDR, IDS/IPS or SIEM technologies.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST or CIS.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

As a NOC Analyst, you'll play a vital role in keeping our customers secure, connected, and operational.

You’ll be:

• Monitoring critical networks and security platforms
• Investigating alerts, outages, and performance issues
• Responding to incidents and helping drive swift resolutions
• Troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN technologies
• Supporting security investigations and threat response activities
• Documenting findings and contributing to continuous service improvements
• Learning about emerging cyber threats and attacker techniques

What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with candidates who are passionate about technology and eager to grow their career within Network Operations and Security.

You’ll ideally have:

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching
• Experience working with security technologies such as EDR, IDS/IPS or SIEM platforms
• Knowledge of security frameworks including MITRE ATT&CK, NIST or CIS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bonus Points If You Have

• Security certifications such as Security+, CEH, CySA+, GCIA or GCIH
• Networking certifications including CCNA or Network+
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash or PowerShell
