Job summary

Sharp Europe in Warsaw is seeking a motivated NOC Analyst to join our Managed Response Center. You will monitor critical networks and security platforms, investigate alerts, and respond to incidents to keep customers secure and connected.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, document findings, and contribute to threat analysis while learning the latest cybersecurity techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching.
• Experience with EDR, IDS/IPS or SIEM technologies.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST or CIS.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor critical networks and security platforms.
• Investigate alerts, outages, and performance issues.
• Respond to incidents and drive swift resolutions.
• Troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Support security investigations and threat response activities.
• Document findings and contribute to service improvements.
• Learn about emerging cyber threats and attacker techniques.
