Job summary

Revolut is seeking an Account Executive for Revolut Business to drive new business globally from our remote Poland-based team. You will identify opportunities, conduct outreach, and move deals from prospecting to activation, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You'll own the pipeline across multiple channels, balance prospecting with closing and upsell, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to showcase Revolut Business value through compelling case studies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commercial experience, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting.
• Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone.
• Impeccable literacy skills (email, LinkedIn outreach).
• Willingness to contribute outside core responsibilities to provide an optimal customer experience.
• Curiosity and a data-oriented learner in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Effective time management and organisation to balance engagement, deal closing, and CRM duties.

Responsibilities

• Outreaching prospects across multiple touch points and channels, with an emphasis on cold-calling.
• Developing and executing a robust lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals and diversifying prospects base.
• Building and managing your own pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management.
• Liaising customer relationships with Revolut internal stakeholders for a smooth experience from start to daily usage.
• Being autonomous to balance time between prospecting, closing, and upsell, activating internal resources.
• Using solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate the value proposition.
• Becoming a product expert on Revolut Business with relevant case studies.
