Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Sales Executive for its Graduate Sales Programme in Poland. You will engage with prospects, learn Revolut Business offerings, and build relationships with real clients while completing a focused bootcamp.

Post-training, you will join an international, high-performing sales team to drive lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue opportunities, contributing to Revolut's growth across markets.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Danish; strong communication by phone, email and messaging.
• Graduated from university in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
• Excellent communication and initiative for outbound outreach.

Responsibilities

• Outreaching prospects across multiple touch points, with emphasis on cold-calling.
• Developing and executing a robust lead-sourcing strategy.
• Building and managing your own pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding and daily usage experience.
• Balancing time effectively between prospecting, closing and upsell activities.
• Using solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate Revolut Business value.
• Becoming a product expert on Revolut Business and its competitive positioning.
