Job summary

Teltonika Networks in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a Networking and IoT Engineer to support our global technical team and remote offices. You will help customers, troubleshoot Teltonika Networks devices, and document solutions.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of computer networking, strong English, and a technical degree; CCNA is a plus, and 2nd/3rd line support experience is welcome. The role offers a PLN 8,000–10,000 gross monthly salary and private medical care.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on using Teltonika Networks products and resolve issues via ticketing platform and online meetings.
• Self-sufficiently resolve technical issues from configurations and firmware/software.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external use (e.g., Teltonika Wiki).
• Act as a link between Teltonika Networks R&D and other departments or customers.
• Hands-on work with Linux-based OS and networking protocols.

Job description

We are looking for a Networking and IoT Engineer to strengthen our ambitious global technical support team in Warsaw, Poland. Our team works closely with remote offices across various regions to deliver high-quality support. Teltonika’s Networking Solutions Business Unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy. Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious engineer to improve their skills and be part of the technical support to innovative networking devices.

In this role, you will:

• Advise customers on how to use our products within their solutions and resolve challenges related to Teltonika Networks products.
• This involves communication with both customers and our remote support team via a ticketing platform and online meetings.
• Self-sufficiently resolve technical issues arising from customer's configuration, firmware/software, other sources.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external use (e.g., Teltonika Wiki).
• Act as a key link between Teltonika Networks R&D and other departments or customers, facilitating the resolution of complex technical challenges.
• Hands-on experience with Linux based OS, industrial protocols, various networking services and protocols and occasional 3rd party peripherals.
