Job summary

You will drive business process design, system configuration, data migration, testing, training, and client relationship management, while mentoring junior staff and guiding engagements to on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working with NetSuite (implementation or as an end user).
• Ability to independently problem-solve and explore solutions using available resources and AI tools.
• Understanding of business process improvement and leading practices to drive efficiencies.
• Humility to expand efforts within an engagement and take on project responsibilities.
• Commitment to hitting major project milestones with proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to capture complex requirements and translate them into efficient business processes.
• Drive end-to-end NetSuite implementation and configuration with integrations.
• Perform testing to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Drive data transformation, migration, and integration to NetSuite for go-live.
• Develop testing and training programs; lead client sessions for high adoption.
• Produce high-quality project deliverables and manage client relationships.
• Manage RAID logs, escalations, and resource timelines for on-time delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal practice growth.
