Job summary

Catch Resource Management Ltd. is seeking an experienced NetSuite Engineer to support the ongoing development, optimisation, and automation of our ERP platform.

This role strengthens the finance function by improving workflows, reporting, data quality, and internal controls across NetSuite. You will be the internal NetSuite expert, driving automation and delivering robust system enhancements in a hybrid Poland-based environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite configuration, customization, roles & permissions, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and workflows.
• Strong finance process knowledge: R2R, O2C, P2P, and GL operations.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, migrations, or enhancements.
• Knowledge of Fixed Assets, Projects, or similar modules.
• Experience with integrations via REST, CSV, SOAP, ODBC, or middleware.
• Strong reporting and data skills, including SQL and dashboards.
• Ability to analyze system changes and maintain accurate financial controls.
• Fluent in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for finance teams, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, journal entries, and period-end postings.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize NetSuite financial setups, workflows, and customisations.
• Support reporting, data extraction, and analytics for Finance and Management needs.
• Assist with ERP implementations, system enhancements, and integrations while maintaining internal controls.
• Act as the internal NetSuite subject matter expert, driving automation and process improvements.

You will act as the internal NetSuite expert, driving improvements in workflows, enhancing reporting, maintaining data quality, and supporting robust financial controls across the platform.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, including configuration, customisation, roles & permissions, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and workflows
• Strong understanding of finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and general ledger operations
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, migrations, or system enhancements
• Knowledge of financial modules such as Fixed Assets, Projects, or similar
• Experience with integrations via REST, CSV, SOAP, ODBC, or middleware
• Strong reporting and data skills, including SQL and building dashboards or datasets
• Ability to analyse system changes and maintain accurate financial processes and controls
• Must be fluent in both Polish and English

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for finance teams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in core processes (invoicing, journal entries, period-end postings)
• Configure, maintain, and optimise NetSuite financial setups, workflows, and customisations
• Support reporting, data extraction, and analytics for Finance and Management needs
• Assist with ERP implementations, system enhancements, and integrations while maintaining compliance with internal controls
• Act as the internal NetSuite subject matter expert, driving automation, process improvements, and system stability

Location:

Hybrid (2 days a week in Poland)
