Job summary

Uni Systems invites a seasoned .NET Software Developer to join the UniQue Warsaw, Poland team. You will design and develop software systems, translate business requirements into technical designs, and drive quality through testing and documentation.

You will lead development activities, optimize performance and security, contribute to architecture, and collaborate in Scrum environments while mentoring junior staff and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT with at least 4 years of relevant experience and minimum 2 years in a similar position.
• At least one international certification relevant to software development.
• Five+ years of professional experience with .NET and three+ years with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Experience delivering BI/BI-related solutions across full software development lifecycle.
• Proficient in UML and enterprise software design, leading technical teams.

Responsibilities

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Bachelor Degree + at least 4 years of IT relevant professional experience and minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• At least 1 certification among: intermediate level certificate in software development relevant to the domain or an equivalent certification recognized internationally
• At least five years of professional experience with .NET
• At least three years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
• Experience as a Software Developer in at least two projects involving the design, implementation, and deployment of solutions based on Microsoft Business Intelligence or similar technologies
• In‑depth knowledge of relational databases, SQL, BI, reporting, ETL, data modelling, OLAP, and data mining tools
• Completed at least one full software development lifecycle
• Expert in developing enterprise-level software systems within the specified technology domain
• Proficient in UML and application design
• Experienced in designing and developing the data, business logic, and presentation layers
• Experience working in Scrum environments
• Capable of leading technical teams
• Knowledge of English at B2 Level
