Job summary

Netcompany invites applications for a .NET Developer role in its Warsaw office. You will analyse requirements, design and implement solutions using .NET Core, C#, and EF Core, with Docker and Azure DevOps in an international setting.

We seek 1–3 years of commercial .NET experience, a relevant IT degree, and strong English skills. You’ll grow through mentoring, Netcompany Academy, and a Scandinavian-inspired workplace with international colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant IT specialization is required.
• 1–3 years of commercial .Net development experience after graduation.
• Fully flexible and open to working with various platforms and tools.
• Advanced understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Familiar with designs, data modelling, architectural patterns, and modern system development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and understand business and technical requirements and work with clients across different domains.
• Produce high-quality design deliverables describing how the solution meets requirements.
• Design, develop and maintain efficient, reliable code using best practices.
• Conduct unit and manual testing and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Identify bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues.

• Plan and report progress and issues in a timely manner.
• Identify areas for personal development.

Job Description

As a .Net Developer you will:

• Work in an agile, international environment with experienced colleagues in Warsaw and Europe
• Plan and organise your own work and accurately report issues and progress in a timely manner

• You will have the chance to work with different programming languages and technologies. A large part of our tech stack is Microsoft (.NET Core, C#, Entity Framework Core) with automated deployments utilizing Azure DevOps, Docker, SonarQube, and Git.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant IT specialization is required
