Job summary

DCG in Warsaw is hiring a senior Software Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-scale systems using .NET, SQL, and ETL. You will contribute across data, business logic and UI layers, applying UML for design and working within Scrum teams.

We expect at least 5 years of IT experience, a Bachelor's in ICT, and strong BI knowledge including Power BI. Hybrid work with up to 12 days per quarter at the office and a collaborative, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Proficient in .NET and SQL with enterprise-scale systems.
• Experience with ETL, data modelling and BI tools.
• UML knowledge and ability to design applications.
• Experience leading technical teams in Scrum environments.

• At least 1 certification among: Intermediate level certificate insoftware development relevant to the domain or an equivalentcertification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as avalid credential by the Contracting Authority)
• English level: B2 confirmed by a certificate or be willing to take the exam
• Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the solution
• Expert in developing enterprise level software systems in specified technology domain
• Knows UML and can design applications in UML
• Proficient in designing and developing: data layer, business logic layer and UI layer
• Worked in Scrum developments
• Is capable for leading technical teams
• Holds ability to document effectively technical solutions

• Experience in the role of Software Developer in at least 2 projectsaimed at design, implementations and deployment of solutions based onMicrosoft Business Intelligence or similar
• Holds in-depth knowledge on physical databases, SQL, BI, reportingtools, ETL tools, data modelling tools, OLAP and data mining tools
• Holds in-depth knowledge and experience in at least 3 yearsexperience working with Microsoft PowerBI or similar businessintelligence tools
• Holds in-depth knowledge and experience in at least 5 years working in .NET
