Job summary

Uni Systems invites a seasoned .NET Software Developer to join the UniQue Warsaw, Poland team. You will design and develop software systems, translate business requirements into technical designs, and drive quality through testing and documentation.

You will lead development activities, optimize performance and security, contribute to architecture, and collaborate in Scrum environments while mentoring junior staff and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT with at least 4 years of relevant experience and minimum 2 years in a similar position.
At least one international certification relevant to software development.
Five+ years of professional experience with .NET and three+ years with Power BI or similar BI tools.
Experience delivering BI/BI-related solutions across full software development lifecycle.
Proficient in UML and enterprise software design, leading technical teams.

Responsibilities

Design and develop software systems and translate business requirements into technical designs.
Lead development teams and manage software configuration and releases.
Optimize software for performance, security, and quality.
Produce and maintain technical documentation; develop tests and testing tools.
Contribute to requirements analysis, testing, QA, and deployment in Scrum environments.
Prototype solutions and provide 2nd/3rd line support as needed.
