Job summary

Netcompany is seeking a Software Engineer with solid experience in the .NET ecosystem to join the IT Services team in Warsaw. You will solve technical challenges, automate internal processes, and build reliable software that supports colleagues across the business.

You will own technical solutions, evolve internal platforms, and work with modern Microsoft technologies in a growing, international environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer or .NET Developer.
• Strong experience with C# and ASP.NET Core (.NET).
• Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Experience writing automation or administration scripts in PowerShell.
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain internal business applications using ASP.NET Core (.NET 8).
• Develop backend services and APIs supporting internal business processes.
• Build and maintain user interfaces using Blazor or AngularJS.
• Design, optimize and maintain PostgreSQL databases.
• Develop automation scripts and operational tools using PowerShell.
• Implement background processing and scheduled jobs using Hangfire.
• Collaborate with colleagues across IT Services to improve internal platforms, automate workflows, and deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of existing solutions.

We are looking for a Software Engineer with solid experience in the .NET ecosystem to join our IT Services (ITS) team. Tasks and Challenges

By joining IT Services at Netcompany, you will become part of a global team responsible for developing and maintaining internal applications and services used across the organization. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from different countries to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, automate processes, and support business operations. As Our Software Engineer, You Will (among Other Things)
