Job summary

Netcompany in Warsaw is seeking a Software Engineer to join our IT Services team. You will design, develop, and maintain internal business applications using ASP.NET Core and related Microsoft technologies, collaborating with colleagues from multiple countries to deliver robust software.

You will own technical solutions, contribute to evolving internal platforms, and help automate processes while building reliable software that makes a difference for the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer or .NET Developer.
• Strong experience with C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Experience writing automation or administration scripts in PowerShell.
• Experience working with Git and modern software development practices.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, enabling smooth collaboration with international colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services and APIs supporting internal business processes.
• Build and maintain user interfaces using Blazor or AngularJS.
• Develop automation scripts and operational tools using PowerShell.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of existing solutions.

We are looking for a Software Engineer with solid experience in the .NET ecosystem to join our IT Services (ITS) team.

Tasks and Challenges

By joining IT Services at Netcompany, you will become part of a global team responsible for developing and maintaining internal applications and services used across the organization. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from different countries to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, automate processes, and support business operations.
