Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Application/Production/Managed Services or a similar technical role
• Technical background in Microsoft/.NET ecosystem
• Ability to understand application architecture and troubleshoot issues
• Experience with logs and monitoring
• Knowledge of databases, APIs, integrations, and environments
• Cloud environments (Azure, AWS) are a plus
• Familiarity with ITSM tools is beneficial
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams
• English at B2 level or higher
• Willingness to work in a support environment

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 and advanced L4/L5 application support
• Support and maintain applications in a production environment
• Monitor application health and investigate incidents
• Analyze application logs, errors and system behaviour
• Troubleshoot technical and application-related issues
• Support configuration, administration and application changes
• Perform root cause analysis and support problem resolution
• Participate in knowledge transfer and application transition activities
• Cooperate with development, infrastructure, cloud and business teams
• Support releases, deployments and production changes
• Maintain technical and operational documentation
• Work within incident, problem and change management processes
