Job summary

Spyro Soft is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer in Poland. You will develop and maintain desktop and web applications on the .NET platform, with frontend work in JavaScript/React and strong SQL expertise.

Collaboration with product owners and designers is essential to deliver scalable, modern solutions in a collaborative engineering environment. Ideal candidates have 4–5 years of commercial software engineering experience, solid C#/.NET knowledge, and proficiency in React, SQL

Qualifications

• : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is a plus
• : 4-5 years of commercial experience as a Software Engineer
• : Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET platform (.NET Framework, .NET Core, .NET 6+)
• : Experience developing and maintaining desktop apps (WinForms/WPF)
• : Proficient in JavaScript/HTML/CSS and React or similar front-end framework
• : SQL Server/Azure SQL proficiency
• : Experience with Azure cloud solutions
• : Familiarity with Scrum/Agile environments
• : Version control with Git
• : Ability to write clean, maintainable code
• : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• : Effective communication with technical/business stakeholders
• : English (B1/B2), Polish (B2)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain desktop and web applications on the .NET platform
• Work across backend and UI using JavaScript/React
• Design, optimize, and maintain data models and SQL queries
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Contribute to technical decision-making and modernize legacy desktop apps
