Job summary

Vestas group in Szczecin seeks a Work Experience Specialist to own end-to-end assembly process design within Nacelle Components Process Engineering, collaborating with R&D and Manufacturing from concept to serial production.

You will develop robust manufacturing processes, PFMEA, Control Plans, and support prototypes and production validation while driving continuous improvement for manufacturability and quality across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• 5 years experience in manufacturing/process engineering or industrialization; strong candidates with 3–4 years may be considered.
• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, process validation and documentation.
• Experience with DFMA/DFM and translating requirements to manufacturable solutions.
• Experience with Windchill/Creo and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end DfA implementation from product development to serial production.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, layouts, work instructions, tooling, line balancing, takt time, and process parameters.
• Prepare PFMEA, Control Plans and process documentation for manufacturing readiness.
• Collaborate with R&D and Process Leads to influence designs for manufacturability.
• Support prototype builds, production validation and factory implementation; identify risks and drive improvements.
• Handle root cause analysis, containment, corrective actions, and non-conformities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure readiness.
