Job summary

Aon is seeking a Project Coordinator (Portfolio Management) in Kraków to drive program delivery across the North America region. You will partner with regional leadership and global service owners to translate global direction into effective regional execution, while aligning with US working hours (14:00–22:00 CEST).

You will engage senior leaders, manage stakeholder relationships, and guide governance and delivery oversight within a sophisticated matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in diverse settings.
• 3+ years in a global, matrixed organization.
• Willingness to work US hours 14:00–22:00 CEST.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong initiative, organization, and execution capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Ability to influence and facilitate consensus among sponsors and team members.
• Strong networking across the organization and relationship-building skills.
• Sound work ethic, resilience, and adaptability.
• Knowledge of costing, budgeting, risk and financial analysis; experience presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver programs and projects for Aon Technology within the North America region.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and global service owners to drive performance on strategic initiatives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with senior leaders to support business strategy and PMO effectiveness.
• Define project priorities with senior leaders and communicate risks and delivery status.
• Translate strategy into regional execution, considering local nuances and governance.
• Manage stakeholder engagement across projects and serve as escalation point for NA initiatives.
• Participate in Steering Committees and support strategic decisions around delivery.
• Collaborate with finance and sponsors to build business cases and secure project funding.
• Foster regional team cohesiveness and adherence to global engagement processes.
