Job summary

SoftwareOne in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Junior Operations Specialist - Multivendor to support day-to-day operations and learn how different vendor solutions and licensing models work. You will help ensure accurate and timely operations across CRM/NAV, customer requests, product information, and existing agreements.

You will work closely with the Multivendor BDM and Account Managers to bring organisation, accuracy, and clear communication to the role while developing your knowledge of

• Excellent organisational skills with a structured and accurate approach to work.
• Ability to manage deadlines and process requests efficiently.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Operational proficiency in Polish and English, including business correspondence.
• Interest in developing knowledge of Multivendor licensing models and solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and different departments.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders for Multivendor products.
• Settle framework agreements based on monthly usage, including Google Cloud, AWS, and Oracle Cloud.
• Provide Account Managers with product cost information using data from SoftwareOne systems.
• Onboard customers in CRM/NAV and maintain customer data based on Account Manager requests.
• Submit credit-limit change requests on behalf of Account Managers.
• Coordinate with Accounting to support timely customer invoicing.

As our new Junior Operations Specialist - Multivendor, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our Multivendor business and learn how different vendor solutions and licensing models work.
