Job summary

ITConnect is seeking an IT Application Support specialist fluent in Polish, English and Dutch to assist users across Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark. You will receive and register service requests, troubleshoot issues in dealer and workshop applications, and coordinate with other support groups as needed.

You will work within ITIL-aligned processes and DS Best Practices, using ticketing tools to track progress and keep users informed about SR status.

Qualifications

• IT helpdesk background and knowledge of ticketing tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL and DS Best Practices.
• Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and willingness to work with customers.

Responsibilities

• Answering and registering service requests (SRs) via phone or email.
• Troubleshooting and resolving SRs using knowledge of business applications.
• Escalating SRs to other support groups when needed and tracking progress.
• Maintaining updates and informing users about SR status.
• Directly engaging users from regions Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark.
• Following established rules and procedures within Global DS Organization and ITIL.
• Utilizing ITSM or ticketing tools to document and close SRs.
