Job summary

GlobalLogic in Wrocław is seeking a Junior Project Support Specialist to leverage language skills in Swedish or Norwegian and English while supporting clients on IT projects. You will interact with clients, resolve inquiries, and ensure service quality in a collaborative team setting.

This role is based in the office, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic digital engineering environment within GlobalLogic.

Qualifications

• Mandatory knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian language (min. B2 level)
• Knowledge of English (min. B2 level)
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to comprehend the project policy guidelines
• Good hands and eye coordination for annotation
• Attention to detail
• Client focus
• Nice to have : GIS system experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing support and resolving client’s inquiries
• Deliver high standard service based on project KPIs
• Maintaining absolute confidentiality of project and client data
• Working in the ticketing system
