Job summary

Olympus Business Services sp. z o.o. in Wrocław is seeking a Customer Care Specialist with foreign languages to join the Order Entry team. You will process orders, manage cases and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong English (B2/C1) and additional language skills, good MS Office knowledge, and familiarity with SAP. A university degree and a hybrid work setup (60% office, 40% home) are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing / sales support / customer service or similar.
• Very good English language skills (B2/C1).
• Additional language skills such as: Czech, Italian, French or Nordic languages would be a significant asset.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience in the SAP environment would be an asset.
• University degree.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid mode (60% from the office, 40% from home in a week).

Responsibilities

• Enter sales orders into the system based on customer purchase orders.
• Case management - sort and classify incoming cases to ensure proper processing.
• Problem resolution - independently address issues encountered during order processing.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations – maintain a strong focus on compliance with company policies.
• Champion a customer‑focused mindset – supports positive customer and patient outcomes and contribute to a customer‑first culture including resolving customer complaints and claims efficiently.
• Collaborate with co‑workers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues - actively engage with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
