Job summary

Planet is a leading technology company transforming payments for merchants worldwide. We seek a Customer Service Representative fluent in English and an EU language to be the first point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries and technical issues with empathy and efficiency.

In a hybrid Warsaw-based role, you will provide accurate product information, maintain detailed records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions while upholding our service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management and Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zendesk.
• Fluent in English and at least one EU language (French/Spanish/German).
• Available to work floating shifts between 08:00 and 20:00, Mon-Sun.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tourists and merchant inquiries via phone and email for multiple markets.
• Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Uphold company standards and service guidelines in every interaction.
• Identify and report recurring issues or customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Engage in project initiatives assigned by your manager (Merchant trainings, ad hoc requests).
