Job summary

Planet offers integrated software, payments, and technology solutions for Hospitality and Retail sectors worldwide. We seek a Customer Service Representative fluent in English and an EU language to be the first point of contact, delivering a smooth, professional experience across markets.

This shift-based role supports customer inquiries and issues with empathy, using CRM tools and strong communication. A hybrid work model is available with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management and Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zendesk.
• Able to work floating shifts between 08:00 and 20:00, Mon - Sun.
• Experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone and email for multiple markets.
• Provide clear information about products, services, and policies.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and care.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Uphold company standards and service guidelines in every interaction.
• Identify recurring issues and report feedback to improve service quality.
• Engage in manager-assigned projects and merchant trainings.
