Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to translate business needs into effective CRM solutions, collaborating with clients and technical teams on end-to-end implementation projects.

You will lead client workshops, gather and document requirements, map business processes to Dynamics 365 CE capabilities, and define robust functional solutions within Agile projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as a functional consultant or business analyst on Dynamics 365 CE / Dynamics CRM implementations.
• Strong CRM processes, requirements analysis, and functional design.
• Experience with Agile delivery and backlog management.
• Excellent communication in Polish and English (B2+).

What we are looking for:

• Experience as a functional consultant or business analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Dynamics CRM implementations.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes, requirements analysis and functional solution design.
• Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with Power Platform configuration and low-code capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with Polish and English at B2 level or above.
