Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to shape enterprise CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and Azure. You will lead architecture decisions and drive digital transformation across international implementations.

You will work with multicultural delivery teams, influence technology choices, and mentor peers while pursuing professional development.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of CRM experience, ideally with Dynamics 365 CE.
• Architecture experience across at least 4 CRM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technology ecosystem and integration patterns.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

What you’ll bring:

• Architecture experience across at least 4 end-to-end CRM implementations, preferably international rollouts.
• Strong expertise in solution architecture, business requirements analysis and process design.
• Broad knowledge of the Microsoft technology ecosystem and integration patterns.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience in pre-sales, technical demonstrations, coaching or mentoring would be advantageous.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
