Qualifications

• Several years’ experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales consulting.
• Strong CRM solution design and implementation expertise.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Professional fluency in German and strong client-facing communication.
• Experience in pre-sales and customer service processes is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Customer Insights or relevant Microsoft certifications.

We are looking for an experienced, German speaking Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Consultant to lead CRM advisory and solution design activities, supporting clients with sales transformation and cloud adoption across the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Advise clients on CRM strategy, sales processes and digital transformation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
• Lead requirements analysis, solution design, implementation and go-live activities.
• Support pre-sales engagements and contribute to solution proposals.
• Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies.

What we are looking for:

• Several years’ experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales consulting projects.
• Strong CRM solution design and implementation expertise.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Professional fluency in German and strong client-facing communication skills.
• Experience in pre-sales and customer service processes is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Customer Insights or relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. MB-210, PL-200) is a plus.
