Job summary

SoftwareOne in Poland (Warsaw) is seeking a Modern Workplace Consultant – Identity & Security to design and implement secure Microsoft 365 environments with a strong Entra ID focus. The role is delivery‑oriented and involves close collaboration with customers, architects, and security teams.

You will work on identity, security, and modernization projects across M365, with hybrid work arrangements in Poland and potential remote options. Fluent Polish and English are required.

Qualifications

• Solid, practical experience with Microsoft 365.
• Very good knowledge of Entra ID.
• Experience in at least one security area (Purview, MIP, or DLP).
• Experience with hybrid on-premises plus cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions focusing on Entra ID, hybrid identity, access and security.
• Participate in security and modernization projects for customer environments.
• Support migrations from identity and security perspectives.
• Collaborate with architects, security and compliance teams and provide hands-on technical consulting.

We are looking for a Modern Workplace Consultant – Identity & Security to support our customers in designing and delivering secure Microsoft 365 environments, with a strong focus on Entra ID, identity, access, and security.

Location: Poland , Warsaw | Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with possibility of working Remote ly | Reports to: Modern Workplace Team Lead | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Poland | Language requirements: Fluent level of Polish and English

In this role, you will work on customer projects related to identity, security, and modernization of M365 environments.
This is a delivery‑focused consulting role, where you work closely with customers, architects, and security teams to design and implement practical, secure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions with focus on:
  • Entra ID / hybrid identity
  • Access and authentication
  • Security and compliance in M365
• Participate in security and modernization projects for customer environments
• Support migration projects from an identity and security perspective
• Work closely with architects, security, and compliance teams
• Provide technical consulting to customers (hands‑on, delivery‑first)

Job Requirements

• Solid, practical experience with Microsoft 365
• Very good knowledge of Entra ID
• Experience in at least one security area, such as:
  • Microsoft Purview
  • Microsoft Information Protection (MIP)
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
• Experience with hybrid environments (on‑premises + cloud)
• Comfortable working directly with customers in project setups
