Job summary

SoftwareOne in Poland (Warsaw) is seeking a Modern Workplace Consultant - Endpoint & Workplace Services to design and deliver modern endpoint solutions for our customers, focusing on Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and security.

You will work in customer-facing delivery projects, collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and user-friendly workplace environments, with hybrid work options and ongoing opportunities to grow your consulting and technical

Qualifications

• Experience with Endpoint Management (Microsoft Intune or Microsoft 365 endpoint stack).
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 fundamentals and Entra ID.
• Experience working in cloud or hybrid environments.
• Project-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivery.
• Comfortable communicating in English at a working level.

• Design and implement endpoint management solutions based on Microsoft 365.
• Configure and manage devices using modern management approaches.
• Support endpoint security and compliance solutions.
• Contribute to modern workplace projects, focusing on devices and user experience.

Practical Information:

Location: Poland , Warsaw | Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with possibility of working Remote ly | Reports to: Modern Workplace Team Lead | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Poland | Language requirements: Fluent level of Polish and English

As a Modern Workplace Consultant - Endpoint & Workplace Services, you will design and deliver modern endpoint solutions for our customers, focusing on Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and security.
You will work in customer-facing delivery projects, collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and user-friendly workplace environments. This role combines hands-on technical work with project-based delivery and gives you the opportunity to grow further in modern workplace consulting.

Job Requirements

• Experience with Endpoint Management, such as Microsoft Intune or the Microsoft 365 endpoint stack

• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 fundamentals and Entra ID

• Experience working in cloud or hybrid environments

• Project-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivery

• Comfortable communicating in English at a working level (documentation, meetings, customer interaction - no advanced language skills required)
