Job summary

IDT Corporation is seeking an Engineering Manager, Mobile to lead the cross‑functional team building and evolving the Boss Revolution: Calling App, the mobile application serving international calling, mobile top-up, and money transfer services.

You will partner with Product, Design, Operations, Compliance, Customer Success, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable software for enterprise customers, while promoting engineering excellence and career growth.

Qualifications

Proven leadership in cross-functional agile teams.
Solid hands-on software engineering background.
Hands-on experience in mobile app development or managing mobile development teams.
Familiarity with CI, automated testing, release management, and performance monitoring.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience in hiring and nurturing high-performing engineering teams.
Good command of English at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

Recruit and retain top engineering talent and conduct regular one-on-ones to support growth.
Lead delivery management: optimize team structure, ensure on-time delivery, and improve processes.
Maintain high code quality and architectural standards; guide technical decisions.
Collaborate with Compliance on regulatory requirements and audits; manage incident reviews.
