Job summary

IDT is seeking a Senior/Lead Java Software Engineer to join our team. You will collaborate with Europe/USA teams on Net2Phone Cloud Contact Center, building scalable cloud communications solutions.

Responsibilities span full lifecycle, architecture, and cross-functional planning; strong Java/Spring and microservices experience are required, with opportunities for growth in a global product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience with Java.
• Hands-on Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data).
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Maven.
• Proficiency with MySQL: schema design, migrations, and query optimization.
• Good English level – B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the full software development lifecycle from requirements through coding, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and participate in product planning and sprint backlog meetings.
• Work on high-performing, scalable, web-based applications and services.
• Develop and maintain technical design, architecture, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Demonstrate a technology-agnostic mindset and continuously explore new technologies.
