AIDA projektai, MB is seeking a Lead Mobile iOS & Android Engineer to oversee native development across platforms and drive delivery of high-impact mobile apps. You will partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to align on strategy and execution.

You will mentor cross‑platform developers, influence architectural decisions, and ensure performance, security, and maintainability while adopting evolving frameworks and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience building production-grade iOS and Android apps.
• Deep knowledge of Android Kotlin, Java, Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, Camera APIs.
• Solid iOS experience with Swift, Objective-C, SwiftUI; Redux architecture.
• Proficiency in MVC, MVVM, reactive programming, and Coordinator patterns.
• Strong testing with XCTest, Quick/Nimble, JUnit; CI/CD and release pipelines.
• Performance optimization, memory management, and mobile security best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship.

The Ideal Candidate Has:

• Extensive experience building and shipping production-grade iOS and Android applications

Deep knowledge of Android (Kotlin, Java, Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, Camera APIs)

Solid experience in iOS (Swift, Objective-C, SwiftUI, Redux Architecture)

Proficiency in architecture patterns such as MVC, MVVM, reactive programming, and Coordinator

Testing expertise with tools like XCTest, Quick/Nimble, JUnit, Compose UI testing

CI/CD experience, mobile release pipeline and dependency management knowledge

Familiarity with performance optimization, memory management, and mobile security best practices

Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities

Experience making architectural decisions and enforcing consistency across platforms
