Job summary

IDT Corporation, a global communications company, seeks aSenior Flutter Developer to help evolve the BOSS Revolution app. You will work on a large Flutter codebase with a native SIP/VoIP calling stack, contribute to architecture and tooling, and collaborate with product, backend, QA and design teams to deliver high‑quality mobile features.

The role emphasizes end‑to‑end feature ownership, strong testing culture, and performance optimization in a fast-paced, scale‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building large‑scale mobile apps, including 3+ years with Flutter.
• Strong proficiency in Flutter/Dart and ecosystem.
• Hands‑on experience with native mobile development (Kotlin/Android and/or Swift/iOS) and platform channels.
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns and performance optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and code signing/deployment to App Store/Google Play.
• English: Upper‑Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design and build high-performance features in Flutter/Dart with a native calling stack.
• Own features end‑to‑end within a clean architecture.
• Work in a melos‑managed monorepo with multi-package setup.
• Monitor releases with Crashlytics and analytics; troubleshoot call quality issues.
• Contribute to architecture and technical strategy of the mobile platform.
• Collaborate with product, backend, QA and design teams.
• Improve engineering tooling and automation.
