Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional experience building, training, validating, and deploying ML solutions in production environments.
• Strong Python, SQL, and Git proficiency.
• Experience with training/validating ML models (trees, neural nets, regression).
• Ability to scale ML solutions to meet infra and business needs.
• Good understanding of data lake / lakehouse architectures.
• English proficiency at C1 for an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy data-driven and ML solutions for portal personalization and campaign ranking.
• Oversee the ML lifecycle: data quality, algorithm selection, feature engineering, model validation, and interpretability.
• Monitor, maintain, scale, and update ML pipelines and data pipelines.
• Write clean code, implement tests, and enable automated deployments.
• Collaborate with data engineers/scientists and dev teams to maintain reliable data infrastructure.
• Explain and recommend ML solutions to business stakeholders and developers.
