Limango Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a CRM Automation Manager – Tools & Data to own our CRM platform, Emarsys, and to push AI-driven automation across campaigns.

You will collaborate with CRM, IT and ML teams to modernize processes and improve communications. This role offers hybrid or remote work and opportunities to impact a leading family-focused e-commerce platform. Qualifications

• Several years of experience with CRM systems or similar marketing automation tools.
• Good technical understanding and initial experience with SQL.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to combine and interpret data from different sources.
• Good English skills, as you will work in an international environment.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and collaborate closely with business teams to understand processes and identify AI-driven opportunities.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions to reduce manual effort and shorten turnaround times.
• Become the expert for our CRM platform – Emarsys – and drive new communication opportunities.
• Support CRM teams by sharing best practices and monitoring campaign performance and budgets in Emarsys.
• Become an expert in ESL to create automated and personalized customer communications.
• Extract and aggregate data from Emarsys using Databricks to support data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor, maintain, and update CRM-related data.
• Troubleshoot issues related to customer communications and campaign execution.
• Work closely with CRM, IT, and Machine Learning teams.
